Thanks to Parichay giving me the opportunity to travel everywhere.

Recently we travelled Greece Turkey with this company, it was a wonderful experience, hotel foods were also excellent. Beloon ride was arranged special and it was a unique experience and we enjoyed a lot.

Recently, travelled to Cambodia - Vietnam -Laos with Parichay group. It was a well arranged, nicely planned tour with very good quality hotels, food and transport provided at all venues. Success of any group tour depends upon polite but tough management. We were lucky to have Mr Krishnendu as Tour Manager, who was always helpful to each tourist but was also occasionally tough to keep the tour schedule going as planned. Only area of improvement is selection of good English speaking guide. We got a wonderful boy named Lion at Ho Chi Minh City as our guide, but in Cambodia and at Laos - guides were not so good.
My wonderful experience with "Parichay" induces me to take future trips with this group.

During my recent holiday trip to Kenya, I experienced an unforgettable adventure that exceeded my expectations. From the vibrant savannahs to the picturesque coastlines, Kenya offers a perfect blend of wildlife, culture, and natural beauty. However, what made the trip truly exceptional was having a fantastic and highly capable guide by my side.

Our guide named Mr Krishnendu Bose , was not only knowledgeable but passionate about the diverse ecosystems and rich history of Kenya. From the moment we landed in Nairobi, he welcomed us warmly, ensuring our comfort and safety throughout the trip. His deep understanding of the local culture and wildlife was apparent in every interaction, whether we were exploring the bustling markets of Nairobi, meeting the Maasai people, or embarking on game drives in the iconic Maasai Mara.

The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the safari. Thanks to our guide’s expertise, we were able to witness the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino) up close. He had an uncanny ability to spot wildlife, and his patience allowed us to experience rare sightings that many tourists miss. His enthusiasm was contagious, and he tailored each day’s itinerary to ensure we maximized our time without feeling rushed.

In addition to his skills as a guide , he shared fascinating stories about conservation efforts, local traditions, and the symbiotic relationship between the land and its people. His respect for nature and commitment to responsible tourism made me appreciate the delicate balance that Kenya upholds.

Beyond the safaris, the guide took us to lesser-known gems such as Lake Naivasha, where we enjoyed a serene boat ride . Every detail was meticulously planned, and he went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was smooth and personalized.

In short, Kenya is an extraordinary destination, but having a capable guide like ours made it a trip of a lifetime. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine passion for Kenya elevated the experience and left me with memories I will cherish forever.

Visited Yogyakarta and Bali with Parichay last month and enjoyed the trip.
Enjoyed another memorable Japan visit with Parichay from 25th March to 2nd April 2024.

We had a terrific tour of Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. Though the tour was of continuos travels in flights, train and bus, the company we had was great and not monotonous. All the sites included in the itinerary were covered with great fervour and exitement. Accommodation and food was as per our expectation from a great tour company like 'Parichay' and the visits were exemplary.
The tour manager, Anirban Ghosal, was enterprising, helpful, guiding, and even added tour places when he felt that the going was not interesting, especially the two hour boat ride in the Mekong river as well as the PakOu Caves to view the advent of Buddhism in the area more than 500 years ago. The visits to War Remnants Museum and Cu Chi Tunnel were another interesting visits. The Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Ta Ken and finally, the Royal Palace visit in Phnom Penh in Cambodia were also very satisfying, as they showed glimpses of the great history of Vietnam.
Overall, we had highly fulfilled expectations. We would like to be with 'Parichay' in more tours and we have to admit that they have mastered the art to make every internatiinal trip wonderful. We wish all success to Parichay in their future endeavours.

মায়ানমার ভ্রমণে একশ শতাংশ সাফল্য পেয়েছি টুর গাইড ও টুর ম্যানেজারের সঙ্গ পেয়ে ।দর্শনীয় স্থানের বর্ননায় গাইড তুলনা হীন , হোটেল আর খাদ্য মেনুতে ম্যানেজারের উপর কোন কথা হবেনা। সুযোগ পেলেই আমি পরিচয়ের সঙ্গে পরিচয় করি।

We have thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The coverage was extensive. Facilities provided to us were outstanding. গ্রুপ ট্যুরে যাবার অভিজ্ঞ্যতা ছিল না একেবারেই , তাই বেশ সন্দিহান ছিলাম। তার ওপরে আমাদের ট্যুর ম্যানেজার ( শঙ্কু মুখার্জী ), যিনি বলেন তিনি একজন কর্মচারী মাত্র যাত্রার শুরুতেই এমন কড়া নির্দেশ দিয়েছিলেন বেশ ভয়ে ভয়েই ছিলাম। ও বাবা, পরে জানলাম তিনিই মালিক এবং নারকেলের মালার গাম্ভীর্যের আড়ালে লুকিয়ে রাখা এক অত্যন্ত প্রাণবন্ত, সহৃদয়, হাসি-খুশী মানুষ। এনার সান্নিধ্যে এবং আতিথেয়তায় কোথা দিয়ে যে কেটে গেলো ১২টি দিন বুঝতেই পারলাম না। এতো সুন্দর করে যে এই বিশাল ট্যুর পরিচালনা করা যায় সত্যিই আমরা বুঝতে পারি নি। তবে সমস্যা এই, এবারে হয়ত আমাদের বার্ষিক খরচ বেড়ে যাবে, কারণ... পরিচয় ট্যুর এবং সর্বোপরি শঙ্কু মুখার্জী। জয় হোক পরিচয় ট্যুরের , ভালোবাসা জানাই পরিচয় পরিবারের সবাইকে।

স্ক্যান্ডিনেভিয়া ঘোরার উদ্যেশে রওনা হয়ে আমরা প্রথমে হেলসিংকি ( ফিনল্যান্ড ) শহরে পৌঁছিয়েছিলাম । ফিনল্যান্ড হলো পাহাড় জঙ্গল আর সমুদ্রর মেলবন্ধন। ছোটবেলায় বই পড়ে জানতাম ছয়মাস দিন আর ছয় মাস রাত্রি। ক্লান্ত হয়ে রাত 10/11 টায় যখন ঘুমাতে যায় তখনও দিনের মত মনে হয়, ঘড়িতে সময় না দেখলে ঠাহর করে বোঝা মুশকিল দিন না রাত । মাঝ রাতে ঘুম ভাঙ্গলে জানলা দিয়ে পর্দার আড়ালে বাইরে দেখার চেষ্টা করেছি কিন্তু অন্ধকারের কোনও দেখা নেই। আকাশে মেঘ থাকলে অন্য কথা, তানাহলে বেশি রাতে আকাশে সূর্য না থাকলেও উজ্জ্বল আলো ঝলমল করে দিনের মতো। 
প্রোগ্রাম মতো Estoniya, Sweden, Finland, Norway Denmark ঘোরা শেষ হলো। বাস্তবে যে দেশগুলি ঘুরতে এসেছি আর যা দেখার ও জানার সূযোগ হলো সত্যি রোমাঞ্চকর, স্বপ্নের মতো । মনে হবে স্বর্গে এসেছি। এর আগেও কয়েকটি দেশ জীবনে ঘোরার সুযোগ হয়েছে তবে অন্য ট্র্যাভেল এজেন্সীর মাধ্যমে । তবে  এবারের বিদেশ ঘোরার যে আনন্দ সপরিবারে পেলাম তা জীবনে স্মরণীয় হয়ে থাকবে। প্রথমতঃ 'Parichay tour & Holiday ' এর টিম লিডার শ্রী শঙ্কু মুখার্জির advance proper planning ও সঙ্গে থেকে গাইড করা বিশেষ করে যেখানে আমদের বেশির ভাগই হলাম senior citizen.
একটা ঘটনার কথা না বললেই নয়, তাহলো এক cruise দুর্ভাগ্য বসত cancelled হয়ে যায়। সেক্ষেত্রে Mr Mukherjee অনায়াসে বলতে পারতেন "Sorry I am helpless".
বাস্তবে উনি তা করেনি, ঘটনাটা আমাদের না জানিয়েই বিকল্প ব্যবস্থা করে আমাদের সকলের মুখে হাসি ফোটাতে পেরেছিলেন বিদেশের মাটিতে বসেও। তাই ওনার leadership এ আমাদের স্ক্যান্ডিনেভিয়া ট্যুর সার্থক ও সফল হয়েছে। ভবিষ্যতেও যেন ওনার মত tour guide পায় সে আশা করব। Mr Mukherjee ও Parichay Tour and Holiday কে আমাদের পরিবারের তরফে ধন্যবাদ ও শুভ কামনা রইলো।

A dream trip abroad is planned with money saved for years. However, it can be heartbreaking if it remains incomplete due to the mistake of the tour operator. This is what happened to us when we went on a trip with Travel Live in Kolkata. They cheated us, and we were very disappointed.

We came in touch with Parichay Tour & Holidays through a leading newspaper ad. They were very helpful and understanding, and they listened to our concerns about our previous experience. They assured us that they would take care of everything, and they did not disappoint.
Our experience with Parichay Tour & Holidays :
Our Scandinavia tour from July 8, 2023 to July 22, 2023, was amazing. The itinerary was breathtaking, covering nature, heritage sites, and train and cruise journeys. We made unforgettable memories that we will cherish forever.
We were accompanied by 24 other passengers on this trip, all of whom were excellent company. I would especially like to mention Mr. Jyotirmoy Pal, who became known to us as "the photographer friend." He was always willing to help us take photos and capture our memories, and he was a great source of knowledge about the places we visited.
Mr. Sanku Mukherjee :
Mr. Sanku Mukherjee, the team leader on behalf of Parichay Tour & Holidays, was very caring in all respects. He is sincere, has excellent behavior, and is caring by nature. He deserves praise for his utmost care for all the members.
Food, lodging, and transportation :
The food, lodging, and transportation arrangements were all excellent. I would like to specifically mention that the special dinner at the Indian restaurant was arranged nicely.
Suggestions :
I would suggest that Parichay Tour & Holidays arrange for some get-togethers and singing/poem/drama sessions during long journeys, whenever there is leisure time. This would give the travelers a chance to bond and make memories that they will cherish for a lifetime.
Conclusion:
We had a wonderful experience with Parichay Tour & Holidays. They are a reliable and trustworthy company, and we would definitely recommend them to others. I wish their prosperity all the times.

আমি পরিচয়ের সাথে গত চার বছরে অনেকগুলো International Tour করেছি।এ ব্যাপারে আমার অভিজ্ঞতা খুব ভালো।

আমি এদের সাথে গতবছর মে মাসে "গ্রীস ও টার্কি", এবছর মার্চ মাসে " জাপান" ঘুরে এসেছি।

স্ক্যান্ডিনেভীয়া ট্যুরটা আমি ২০২০ সালে ১২ ই ফেব্রুয়ারি, শনিবার বুক করেছিলাম। 
কিন্তু সর্বনাশা কোভিড  এসে আমার ট্যুরের দফারফা করে দেয়! 
সেই অ্যাডভান্সের টাকা গতবছর গ্রীস ও টার্কি ট্যুরে অ্যাডজাস্ট হয়। 
তারপর মার্চ মাসে পরিচয়ের সাথে জাপান ঘুরে আসি। 
তবে জাপান ট্যুরে যাওয়ার আগে স্ক্যান্ডিনেভীয়া ট্যুরটা বুক করে তবে জাপান যাই। 
আজকে এই ট্যুরের শেষ দিনে মনটা খারাপ হয়ে গেলো! 
এতো সুন্দর টিম এবং মি: শঙ্কু মুখার্জীর লীডারশীপ, মনে হচ্ছে যেনো আরও ২/৩ দিন যদি ঘোরা যেতো তবে ভালো হতো! 
তবে ভালো'র তো কোনো শেষ নেই। 
তাই একরাশ স্মৃতি বহন করে এবারের মতো সবাই মিলে ভালোভাবে, সুস্থ শরীরে বাড়ি ফিরি। 
পরিচয়ের আরও শ্রীবৃদ্ধি হোক এই কামনা করি, আর মি: মুখার্জীর চাকরি থেকে যেনো রিটায়ামেন্ট না হয়, সেটা চাইইইইইইইই! (2ND REVIEW)

Went to Scotland, Lake District, Ireland tour of 12 /13 days recently. Tour was unique, places covered within this short period were very well chosen, and mostly unexplored in previous group tours undertaken by me. The utmost care taken and hospitality extended by Parichay Tours was superb!

Went to the Lake District tour with the group. My third venture with the company. The expectations were high and were met with accordingly. Shanku Babu went with us and spoiled us with unexpected treats and gifts. The weather Gods were extremely kind and we enjoyed bright sunshine on every single day of the trip. The accommodation was great and so were the meals. Will certainly travel with Parichay in the near future.

 

We enjoyed the 12-days pleasant trip to Paris, Switzerland, Italy, Vatican City and Doha. This is the first time we traveled with Parichay. Thanks to our group manager Sri Abhijit Chakraborty of "Parichay" for his competency in handling the group members and the entire trip efficiently. All arrangements during the trip appeared to be good.
We are very happy to visit a part of Europe with the Parichay travel group during 25th May to 6th June, 2023. The itinerary was well planned and nicely organised with Indian dinners everyday. All the Hotels and transports were of very good standard. Special thanks and gratitude to the tour manager Sri Abhijit Chakraborty for his continuous attention and support to the team members. He was very cheerful, friendly and jovial during the entire trip. We hope to travel again with "Parichay" in future.

পরিচয়ের সঙ্গে অনেক বার অনেক জায়গায় গেছি।সেন্টাল এশিয়ার সব দেশ ঘুরেছি।উগান্ডা কেনিয়া তানজানিয়া ,মায়ানমার ,জাপান দক্ষিণ korea সম্প্রতি ঘুরে এলাম।খুব ভালো ঘুরেছি।এদের ব্যাবহার খুব ভাল , এরা দুপুরের লাঞ্চ দেয় যা অন্য কোনো কোম্পানি দেয় না।এছাড়া মেমেন্টো ও গিফট দেয়।

আমার দুটো টুরের মধ্যে ( নেপাল ও বাংলাদেশ)খুবই ভাল ব্যাবহার পেয়েছি ও খুবই খুসি খুবই ভাল লেগেছে।

আমি দুটো ট্রিপ করেছি। লাওস,কমদিয়া, ভিয়েতনাম এবং জাপান। খুব ভালো ঘুরেছি। এনারা খুব ক্যারেরি। এনাদের সাথ এ নিরসন্দেহ এ ঘোর আ যায়। নেক্সট ট্রিপ Lake District.

লেহ লাদাখ দিয়ে পরিচয়ের সঙ্গে ঘোরা শুরু হয়েছিলো| তারপর গত এক বছরে সাউথ কোরিয়া, ইন্দোনেশিয়া হয়ে সদ্য ইরান ঘুরে এলাম| নিখুঁত ব্যবস্থাপনা আর আন্তরিকতা এদের মূলধন| ভবিষ্যতে এদের সঙ্গেই ঘোরার ইচ্ছে থাকলো|

Last September we went to Europe tour with 19 heads . Right from the Kolkata airport we had not face any difficulties in respect of food , local bus journey , light lunch and specialy dinner in Indian restaurant . Mr Mukherjee the manager of our team was very much cooperative . One thing I have observed that whatever may be the number of tourists they never missed or extend or canceled the tour . For this reason We again went to Egypt tour with only 8 number of heads with another experienced manager Mr Avijit in last February .Finally decided that in future whenever we go for tour we will go with PARICHOY TOUR AND HOLIDAYS.

I booked the Maldives and Srilanka tour last month. It was really a great experience. Nice hotels. Comfortable bus. Bentota and Galle were the best places. It was a journey that everyone should enjoy once in a lifetime.

Excellent service!! My in-laws and parents went on many tours(Europe, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Africa, Bali-Indonesia, Cambodia, Bangladesh) with Parichoy. Their quality, both in terms of accommodations and food is really good. They may seem little pricey compared to other tours, but you get what you pay for. I really appreciate the great deal of care they showed towards my parents and in-laws. I wish Mr. Mukherjee all the best! Hope the company flourishes!!

গ্রীস ও তুরস্ক ভ্রমণ শেষে, পরিচয় সংস্থার প্রশংসা করতেই হয়, বিশেষ করে এই group এ আমরা সবাই SrCtz ছিলাম. আমাদের সবাই কে সুন্দর ভাবে এতোগুলো জায়গা ঘুরিয়ে দেখানো, নিশ্চই কৃতিত্বের দাবি রাখে। সংস্থার বৈশিষ্ঠ, সঠিক খরচে আরামদায়ক ভ্রমণ । যদিও itinerary তে বলা ছিল light lunch, কিন্ত আমরা প্রতিদিনই full lunch পেয়েছি, খাওয়া দাওয়া, আর আরামদায়ক ভ্রমণ ছাড়াও প্রতিটি দর্শনীয় স্থানই , English speaking guide দিয়ে ঘোরা , একটা বিশেষ প্রাপ্তি। আগামীদিনে আবারো কোথাও যাওয়ার ইচ্ছে রইল।
